We are launching a new very compact Rx HF antenna model, KUM121, in order to lower the transportation cost and to make the installation easier. With a length of only 1.26m our new KUM121 is very compact. Only the same length as our popular CX4 antenna. Thereby the transportation cost of the antenna is reduced and the installation made easier. The new active Rx HF antenna is an alternative to our popular, longer, passive and traditional KUM antennas. The KUM121 is manufactured on our popular CELwave base (foot), also used for our CX4 antennas. All of our existing mounts for the short antennas can be used for KUM121, since it is delivered including N240F as standard, thus having both 1” 14TPI (antenna base itself) and 1,25” 11TPI thread (N240F) available. The antenna has the same rugged design as all our other AC Antennas products thus it withstands harsh environmental conditions, both on Sea and Land. The KUM121 is field tested. The results from the field test gave the same good receiving capabilities as our popular and traditional 6 meter passive antenna: KUM600-2. The KUM121 is introduced to approx. the same price level as our traditional and passive 6 meters HF antennas. Please find the product sheet for the KUM121 here.
